I had an accident on Christmas and was not aware that my back was injured until a few days later. It necessitated chiropractic appts, MRIs etc. The party who hit me did not carry PIP so it all fell on my insurance company to cover the costs then on me once they decided that I had reached my "full" recovery. I had not and needed further treatment for periodic pain. This is a lifelong injury which will require care. Mitch and his team came to me highly recommended by my chiropractor and they were wonderful. They negotiated a nice settlement to cover the extra medical care that I received without court time. I am VERY pleased with the way I was treated and the results we received.

I whould highly recommend Chubb Law. As I have had experience with good and bad lawyers. This law firm is by far a step above the rest from day one all the way thru to the end. If I could give 10 stars I would! I couldn't recommend Chubb Law more!! Having a firm that truly cares about you, your case & you're not just a number is truly invaluable. During the entire process of settling the case Mitch & his team were always available to answer any questions & talk to directly. I never had to go through someone else to talk to my lawyer. They kept me in the loop and helped me get the care that I needed. They took the stress out of having to deal with the insurance companies, medical bills and records and were able to negotiate a fair settlement and still leave me with some money for my future medical expenses. It really means everything when all you want is proper care, so you don't have to continue living in pain after an auto accident. After we tried to deal with the insurance company directly to settle the case, the team at Chubb Law taking over was a breath of fresh air!! I'm only sorry we didn't hire them sooner.
