What a stark contrast Chubb Law is to my previous experience with a law firm. After being rear-ended while stopped at a red traffic signal by an impaired driver on prescription drugs, I went to a big name firm that advertises around Orlando on billboards. Years have gone by and I get occasional calls, many months apart, almost always from a new paralegal or newly assigned associate. They are unfamiliar with the case and uniformly unresponsive to my requests for information. It is painfully obvious that I don't matter. I wish I had known Mitch and Chubb Law back then. I have been shown compassion for my injuries and know much effort was given to get the best outcome. Past customers breed business when treated in a highly professional manner.
