Our second legal matter with this office. The first was a purchase of a cooperative share several years ago, and handled by James Weaver, Esq. Our second, a slightly complicated Estate Plan recently handled by Shelby Loveless, Esq. Each matter was handled in a professional and efficient manner. Each situation was fully explained to us with all our questions answered before and after the conclusion of the matter at hand. This office is a legal gem.

I have dealt with Weaver Loveless on multiple occasions. After my father passed away Shelby helped my mother and I change her POAs so I could care for her. Then after my mother passed away Shelby was able to help me record Mom's will. She was very kind with both of us. Recently it was time for estate planning. Jim was there to make sure we had all avenues covered for our special circumstances. He even took out clauses that gave me pause. I recommend this law firm for your needs.
