We met Melissa Shields via telephone. She is a paralegal and helped us sell a property which required a lot of complicated paperwork . We never met or spoke with the attys.. Ms Shields was the go-to person, and all parties involved felt she did an amazing job. I can only recommend Melissa, who was efficient and knowledgeable and easy to work with. The firm made a good choice to get Ms. Shields 'on board'. She gets a 10.

My dealings with this firm far exceeded my expectations. Jim patiently and professionally took the time to explain all of my options and outcomes. I knew immediately that Jim and his staff were the best fit for me and I really appreciated their efficiency, but mostly their honesty. If I have other issues which require a lawyer’s advice, I know I’ll be calling them.

I have known Jim Weaver for 50 years - he is rock solid. A great lawyer, honest, thoughtful, knowledgeable, generous with candid and sound advice, and very quick on the pickup, he understood my goals quickly. Jim paid close attention to detail and kept my goals in sight at all times. My transaction was successful, because of Jim. Also very important in his office is Paralegal Melissa Shields who does a great job. She is an administrative whiz.

The Weaver Lawless firm handled the real estate transaction for the sale of our mother's property. The sale was closed within 30 days of our first meeting. This was during the work from home period in middle March. Melissa was very pro-active through out and we were able to move forward.
