I called over a week ago for a free consultation regarding transferring the title of my late moms vehicle because she was in Florida and the car is considered personal property yet I’m in Massachusetts and it would be considered probated assets and the DMV will only transfer the title if I’m the legal representative of her estate, obviously would’ve helped if she signed over the title to me anyway I was told my free consultation would be today, March 23, 2023 at 10 so I waited and at 10:10 I called elder law in lantana because it’s unprofessional as I was given an appointed time but the woman who answered did the same thing she did last time asked me several questions which I’d answer differently, because I have no new information and she told me since my assets were over $100K I do not need legal advice so I told her I was already supposed to get legal advice today at 10 AM that’s because a week ago and it’s very unprofessional that your attorney did not make the call and this is the reason why for the bad review because they made me wait over a week to receive a free consultation and they are unprofessionalism cost me over a week’s time and getting some needed legal advice
