I had the pleasure of having Scott as my attorney for my child custody case. Thanks to Scott's extensive knowledge and thoroughness with every aspect of my case I was able to be successful in the goals we had for my case. I can't thank Scott enough for all of his hard work.

Mr. Spivak comes off pretending to be aggressive and assertive however he will not really do the work for you he hated to even give him one star he is a -10 star HE will pretend he will have you sign things that he does not submit to the court he is the absolute worst find somebody else before you waste all your money

I was in a panic to hire a divorce attorney that would represent me without draining my bank account. I already reached an agreement with my husband that I needed to act quickly. Mr. Spivack unlike the other attorneys I interviewed was willing to do what I wanted without inflating the price. All the attorneys I interviewed charged a minimum , which in my case was not necessary because the divorce was uncontested and an agreement was reached. Mr. Spivack is an honest attorney, who I would recommend without reservations. He takes time to explain things in detail and leaves no room for miscommunication. Mr. Scott he is on just first time, when I was spoke with attorney Scott about my very complicated situation with Ex husband, including two daughters, Mr.,Scott was after first time spoke whit him, he was know already situations and explain to me about, given me hope that i will have my two beautiful and smart daughters back. Also He was not rushing he was taking times to get exactly information about all my cases.. Mr. Spivack represented me very good in my divorce, protected my assets and got me a fair and just outcome. Scott is also credited with winning a dismissal of a frivolous injunction for me. Scott is credited with getting false charges of domestic battery dropped for me as well. I will hire Mr. Spivack again, and I recommend others do so as well.

I first met Scott 10 years ago, my world was falling apart at the seams, the father of my children was trying to get full custody of my boys after a bad break up. I had an attorney already but she wouldn't fight for me or advocate for me, she wanted me to settle with my ex and allow him to be the primary custodial parent. I was not willing to "just settle", this was my life with my children we were talking about so that's how I met Scott. He fought for me for 2 years, I have my children because of him. Over a span of 10 years, I've had Scott represent me in several cases involving my children, I respect Scott and I trust him. He is very honest, kind and patient. In the court room he is always prepared, he's smart and aggressive. Scott is an amazing attorney and the only one I trust to represent me. Also on a side note his paralegal, Janet, is amazing. She goes above and beyond.

In hiring this attorney I found it was the worst mistake of my life! Don't use him! He will take your 3500 and seek for more ..if you don't give it he will withdraw. He's too expensive for a low quality job!

I hired Scott on my case knowing it was already rough. Scott ensured he would help me through the whole case step by step. Scott indeed helped my case without him I thought I was going to lose everything when it came to my child but he did everything and helped ensure everything worked out in my favor I would recommend him to anyone.
