Scott Spivak victoriously represented me in a family law case that drug on for three years by the opposing side. He was diligent, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He responded to any question I had throughout the entire process in a timely and efficient manner. I will hire him, without reserve, should the need for an attorney ever arise.

I came to Scott in the middle of a very bad divorce. My previous atty did not do her job, so Scott took my case after a 2 year battle with my ex and with only 4 months until court. Angela Faye Campbell Scott was caring and attentive and I felt like he had my best interest at heart. Trust me my last atty only cared about the money. Scott of course needed to be compensated as well but he worked with me. He spent hours preparing and really trying to.clean up my last lawyers mess. He did a great job with what he could do. Scott made himself available. He traveled to Seminole County from Polk County to help me. He felt more like a friend in the end. Can I say I got what I deserved in my case, no. But that wasn't his doing. He inherited a mess with only 4 months to protect me from an abusive, lying, manipulative, narccicist. He was wonderful. I'd hire him again. He has high standards and he truly listens. He cares and will do his best to protect you. He wil give clear, solid and good advice. He is thorough and worth every dollar of his fees. My only advice to people is this, divorce is already traumatic. Telling the truth is the best thing you can do, but sometimes people won believe you. It's just reality. Scott wI'll tell you the truth and what you need to.do. Just listen to.him. No matter what you think or were told. He will help you. In summary, I'd hire him again. Knowledgeable, straightforward and will do everything to help you.

Mr Spivack handled our case with utmost care and respect. Outstanding knowledge of law. He was occasionally difficult to contact, but always returned calls. We especially appreciate that he would listen, and take time to answer as thoroughly as possible.
