While I am not an avid reviewer, there was no possible way I could not share my rarified experience with Mr. Martell and his law office. It is not very often one receives the kind and wise information that I have from the Law Offices of Matthew Z. Martell, P.A. I can not emphasize more highly, not only what an exceptional Attorney Mr. Martell is, but underscore his kind, patient and generous spirit. Attorney's are often stereotyped. I don't know about that, only that if there is a negative stereotype of his profession, he has debunked it on every single level. In the world of psychotherapy, where I practice, I am highly aware of what brings people and how anxious or fearful they might be. Matt exemplifies this same sensitivity in assuaging clients fears, while providing exception legal advice. He is the kind of attormey that you hope to find, rare as that is. Do yourself a favor if you want more than just legal expertise and representation, but a caring and gentle experience toboot, pick up the phone and call Matthew Martell. I am deeply grateful that I did.

Anaila Pierre Mr.. Joseph B. Battaglia is affiliated with the firm Dye, Harrison, Kirkland, Petruff, Pratt & St. Paul, PLCC. He has represented and guided me through an appeals process related to very difficult issues with my mortgage lender. He proved to be very knowledgeable in this area of expertise, always professional, and also responsive and sensitive to my needs and those of my family. I was very pleased with the continued updates from your office. As my hearing date got closer, Craig P. Contacted me several times for an update on my health issues. Craig and I had time to discuss any new issues right before the hearing. He had prepared 31 medical exhibits for the judge. The hearing took about 20 minutes and I owe that to Craig doing a thorough job preparing the judge with all critical information. I could not have done this without Avard Law. What i love most about Avard Law is the people. There just what they need to be and beyond.So many these days dont even like there job and it shows. We found Matt and his staff when we needed a lawyer for the second time to revisit visitation, child support and alimony. WOW!
