I want to thank Alyson Battaglia for her professionalism, efficiency, care, friendliness and patience on handling my case. If you were never involved in an accident and you think you can handle the bureaucracy with insurances and other issues yourself, don`t waist your time and energy like I did. Get a lawyer as soon as possible.

Mr. Horne is an experienced injury, family law attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable In the laws that are always seemingly to be changing. But his on top of it all with confidence and strategy to come thru on the other side with the best results for his clients. His calm, tentative demeanor is exactly that is missing in the world of law. When we find our selfs in a position to need a lawyer the right one can make all the difference. Most take it as a job with a cold approach, Mr. Horne isn’t only an attorney, his a great human dealing with real human lives. Mr. Horne is a true professional.

So far, so great. I will give an update when my case is over. So far... I couldn't like James Horne any more than I do.

Personal Injury Law today: Ok, we all see the many TV lawyers and we are all lead to believe that when you get hurt you simply text a message and get millions... Well Quess what? That is fiction. Good lawyering and due diligence takes patience and time in order to resolve those big (yes they are big) insurance villains. In my case, Atty. James Horne did the hard work and pushed back for a reasonable settlement. I recommend James Horne should you want facts not fiction.

Since I learned of James Horne only through a radio advertisement, I was somewhat reluctant to engage him with no personal recommendation. I don't usually write on line reviews, but my experience with James was so positive that I am making an exception to my normal policy. His contingency percentage seemed high at first blush, but it was worth every penny. He's a real pro.

The response to my plea for help was immediate and kind. The followup was excellent. I would highly recommend.

“Fought Hard But is Diplomatic” “Matt Martell represented my cousin in her divorce. He was very professional and polite at all times and was also very prepared at the mediation and both hearings. He worked very hard and persistently fought for her at all stages in the case. He gets things done consistently, effectively, yet diplomatically. He was not overly aggressive, combative, rude, insulting, and arrogant like her husband’s attorney who was a total jerk. He seems to understands that with disputes in life, generally speaking, you get more with honey than with vinegar. The judge and the mediator both seemed know him well and also seemed to like him. He was straight with my cousin about what she could expect at mediation as far as the settlement and it turned out that he was right on point. I appreciate that he did not mislead her about what she could expect to get or play with her emotions to extend the divorce or create more fights (as the other lawyer did with her husband).
