I strongly recommend using Paul McDermott and his firm McDermott Law Offices PLLC. My case was a bit different from the ones he usually encounters and it dragged on for almost a year. Paul seemed to take a particular interest in the nature of the case from the start which I truly appreciated. Whenever we talked, Paul would make sure I understood the proceedings facing us and provided excellent counsel on how best to approach them. The thing I liked most about Paul is he always had my best interests in mind when deciding our course of action. The final decision was rendered in our favor.
