As you can imagine any divorce is traumatic. Working with Mr. McDermott made the process better. His good listening skills, compassion and legal expertise were excellent. We were able to negotiate a fair settlement, deal with prenuptial issues and conclude the case in a timely manner. His detail on billing statements was helpful in keeping a handle on costs. Paul represented me for a Prenuptial agreement. Paul is a good listener, gave sound advice, didn't waste time, and was extremely efficient, timely and took a sincere interest in representing me. The hours seemed a little much, but I don't know how much time was spent with the other attorney. All in all, I am extremely happy with Paul and would certainly use him again.
