I would highly recommend Ryan Shipp as a lawyer to represent you. Ryan was very patient and experienced in educating me through the whole process of what was required by law to open up my business. He and his team represented me as a buyer in purchasing an existing restaurant, helped transfer the existing lease into my company's name, and was constantly looking out for my best interest. He was responsive to all my phone calls and emails within a timely matter always communicating to me in layman terms so that I fully understood the consequences of my decisions. We were able to relate to each other and develop a good chemistry. He was able to provide me with a reasonable fee for his services and continued to be responsive to me after the closing at no additional charge when issues developed. He was honestly an amazing lawyer! Thank you Ryan!

I had a tenant at one of my investment properties that was pretty much impossible. Refused to pay rent. Threw loud parties that had the neighbors constantly calling and complaining (I used to live there, so I knew them well). Worst part? This kid's father happened to be a pretty well known landlord/tenant attorney in the West Palm Beach area, so I was constantly barraged with frivolous lawsuit threats and had to deal with nearly 3 months of rent being put in escrow. Meanwhile, the kid kept making bogus repair/maintenance claims, and I felt like I had to humor him in order to maintain good standing in my eviction case against him. Long story short? When it got to be too much, I started calling around to try and find a good attorney. We all know how that can be. With any service really, but especially lawyers. Seemed like every lawyer I called wanted money to even just sit down and talk serious with me about my issue. And every single one of them tried to "manage" my expectations with extremely non-committal disclaimers, right from the onset. Which gave me the feeling that they're pretty much gonna take my money and then suddenly be "out of the office" all the time. Believe me, been there before. Not Ryan, however. Had the good fortune of meeting him at a charity function a while back. Explained my situation, and we exchanged cards. We spoke the following week, and Ryan assured me he'd be able to take care of my problem. He got the wheels really turning on my eviction case, gave me a discount on the pro se work I'd already done, since it saved him time, and had that brat of a kid out of my house in no time. I can't tell you how thankful I am to have come across this firm. Really great people! Thanks Ryan!

Ryan was a great help to us when our building was sold. He was clear about his fees from the beginning - they were more than reasonable - and he stayed with us the whole time giving us advice about what to do and when. Instead of feeling lost and alone, we felt we were backed by a professional whose interests were the same as ours. I have since recommended Ryan to friends facing the same problem throughout PBC and Broward. This guy really knows what he's doing!!!

I can't recommend Attorney Ryan Shipp highly enough. I was in a tough and complicated tenancy situation, and Ryan was the strong advocate I needed. The landlord's powerful lawyers wouldn't even return my calls, but once I had Ryan fighting for me, he was able to open negotiations and work out deals on my behalf. From what I've seen his expertise and competence are second to none. I've also asked other attorneys about him, and his reputation is stellar. In a field where the clients are often vulnerable, I like the fact that Ryan is a virtuous person: he's honest and doesn't price gouge. He has the type of personal touch you need when you're in a highly stressful situation; for a few weeks he was almost like my therapist. If you're a tenant in a bad situation and need a strong advocate, I'd tell you that Ryan is the best in town.
