I had never experienced a car accident bad enough to sue someone however right before my 18th bday I was hit and my car was unable to be salvaged. Obviously I took the legal route and started looking for an attorney. From the beginning Donaldson and Weston had been very mindful of the fact I was just entering college and my life was swarmed with new responsibilities . They were patient with my doctors appointments and patient when it came to negotiating financial compensation. Despite my accident being on the minor end of what you would sue for they took the time a resources to pursue my case and negotiate an offer that was much higher then what the insurance offered me. I was very pleased dealing with John Pape and Lauren who were a great team. For those who are young or have little experience with accident claims/law suits I would undoubtably recommend Donaldson and Weston!

My husband had a stroke about 2 yrs ago and I was told by my boss I should try to get him disability. I tried it on my own but was denied. She answered all my questions made me feel at ease. She was always there for us. Anytime we had questions she told us to call or email her anytime and she responds very quickly. Karen walked us thru the process of what to do what to expect. It took the whole process about 2 yrs to finish the case. Just found out my husband was finally approved for disability.
