If want to give money to someone who won't work for you. This is the guy! Gave him money almost a year ago. Never got a court date for my case. Gave all kinds of reasons why. Never cared about the child involved. A special needs child no less. Joe actually Scheduled a date after 4 months but got cancelled because he never made arrangements with Guardian to show up, knowing that the guardian has to be there. You know what any professional should know. The opposing consel got a court date with no problem. Joe never has me come in to go over the case, he still never speaks with the guardian or my daughters counselor. We got destroyed by opposing counsel. Hopefully if your fighting for your kid you find someone that will care about the case, because Joe definitely doesnt. Took my money and showed up unprepared. Thanks for nonservice

Bob did a wonderful job with my case. He was very patient with my situation and got the results I was looking for. Bob truly wants what is best for his client and it shows. Bob is the right choice if you are looking for someone who is fair, honest, dependable, and good at his job. Thank you so much for everything!!

This place rocks have never had a better experience with a lawyer. He made it easy for me with minimal stress for me to deal with it actually was really easy and quick for me to have my divorce done! This group of people are locked in for me, my family, and my friends!!!!!!

Joe is the star in court. I'm going thru tough times with my x and how he or his wife are not open to any communication, left me to choose to go to court. My child is first then a job. Joe has a great knowledge of how to prepare for a hearing. Thanks to whoever referred me to him. People with custody battle pick a lawyer who needs u to tell the truth. Not what u want to hear. Joe is the answer.

Mr. Valentine is an attorney that takes a case to heart. Through out my entire time with him I never once questioned what was going to happen next. He kept me informed, was fair priced, and truly wanted the best not just for me but for my family, which was the most important to me. I can not thank Bob enough for what he had done for my family, he was our angel in the darkest hour.

I retained Mr. Valentine in the 11th hour of my custody case. He quickly became familiar with my case and even let me to be hands-on by providing input and minor direction during litigation. He's a great listener and genuinely cares about his clients. Mr. Valentine was quick to point out discrepancies in OC's testimony. He was very direct, yet polite in his cross-examination. His court-room appearance is well put together and organized. I feel I had proper representation by Mr. Robert Valentine.

Cody Emerson is the worst attorney I have ever retained to date. He didn't handle my case at all how we discussed prior to retaining. He didn't handle it all according to plan through out the actual case. He was un-reachable for more than weeks at a time and never returned phone calls. I ultimately came to the decscion to terminate him as my lawyer and look for another. He wasted all my money for retainer on a plan that was against my reasons for hiring him. Do yourself the favor, STAY away from Cody Emerson. You would be doing yourself a huge favor. He doesn't file paperwork promptly, he doesn't return your calls or emails and will go against an outlined planned to steal your retainer and rack the bill up. Avoid Cody Emerson at all costs.

Mr. Emerson guided my through a messy custody case. He handled every aspect of my case from custody to child support. The entire process could have been a nightmare, but Mr. Emerson was on top of every date and continually reminding me of paperwork and such on my end. If you want an attorney very attentive to your case as well as yourself I would highly Recomended Mr.Emerson.
