Like so many Veterans I struggled with navigating through the VA red tape claims process, and as a result my overall rating wasn’t indicative of the health issues I was experiencing as a result of my time in the service. I was very fortunate to find Mr. Cox and right away he made me feel comfortable and at ease with the process, but more importantly communicated realistic expectations along the way. I’m now rated at 100 percent thanks to the hard work of Mr. Cox and his staff! Many thanks!!
