I am very disappointed in this law firm. They were great at first but after I paid retainer fee their responsiveness dropped off. I’ve been waiting for a call back for 2 months and they are representing me through my divorce. Don’t know what’s going on but I have left several messages.

Obviously a divorce is an experience nobody looks forward to, so having a capable law firm on your side makes all the difference. I was represented by A. Cody Emerson, who demonstrated outstanding professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency. Mine was not a contentious divorce and at no point was I advised to change that or pick fights where none was needed. Any time I would find myself wound up over an issue, Cody was always available to explain how things work and provide calming advise. I would also like to thank Kali Hatzileris for her professionalism and availability to answer my questions. Throughout this experience, I took a lot of comfort knowing I had a solid team on my side. If you read enough reviews related to this type of matter, you will inevitably see those that depict lawyers of just wanting to bill and drag things out. This is no such firm, and while I will not disclose any costs, I will say they were absolutely reasonable. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of facing divorce, I highly recommend that Emerson & Valentine be at the top of the list of attorneys you consult with. Thank you Emerson & Valentine for making one of the hardest things I’ve experienced easier to get through.

This law firm has done more for me then my last firm could EVER! not only do they care they actually walk you though whats to expect next. 10/10 would recommend. fingers crossed for a great outcome!

Joe has defended me against multiple false domestic violence protection orders having each order dismissed. As the domestic violence protection orders were being used as a weapon to gain child custody in my divorce. Joe then went on and defended me from social services Twice. Sticking by my side and working through the process with me. Joe treated me honestly, openly and with dignity as I am not a US citizen.
