I just had my first experience with this firm and I found Joseph and his staff's extremely efficient, thorough, knowledgeable and very well priced. He cut out all the superfluous complications and processes that I had experienced elsewhere and wasted no time in completing what was started. I'd highly recommend this firm.

Joe pippen is a rude attorney. Save your money and hire an attorney who will be willing to help you when a fanily member passes away. Hes a rude arrogant person who needs to learn how to respectfully speak with clients. DO NOT HIRE JOE PIPPEN!

Atty Pippin is a very good attorney. He charged us $1,500 less when we where assembling the paperwork when my mother died. Also have had Catherine day Hult do legal work for me and she's great to work with.

Do not use this lawyer! That's all I'am going to say. If you read this post and still hire him then don't complain. You have been forewarned. Pippen, I hope you go to hell because if you go to heaven my dad will be looking for you and if he finds you.........

I have known Joe Pippen for years and he is an excellent attorney/ person and has your best interest at heart. He has always been fair and proffessional at all times. I highly recommend this firm. He is a strong believer in God and truly cares for your issue. If i could give him more stars I definitely would.

I'm leaving a one-star review only because I have to assign a rating to my review. I would leave zero if that were possible. This staff is rude. You pay them for a service and they treat you as an inconvenient side effect. Emails are always "lost" or "never received". Mailed letters, also, are ignored. How dare one call to ensure receipt of mailed documentation! Phone calls are hardly ever returned, and never in a timely fashion. Receptionist abruptly puts you on hold, repeatedly without warning, while you are speaking. They refuse to allow you to even speak to the Paralegal handling the case you have an interest in. I think that sums it up.

Holding $50,000 (remainder of trust) for over a year and a half now for no valid reason. A comment has been made that it's "ONLY" $50,000 which I guess they thought would appease me. Cannot get any cooperation or communication from attorney supposedly handling it. I've contacted the Florida Bar Association at this point to see if they can help resolve the issue. Please read other reviews as well before even contemplating using this firm.
