I am writing to recommend Mitchel Krause if you are in need of a hands-on and aggressive divorce attorney. Although my divorce was not a high dollar divorce or an overly complicated one, I absolutely needed what I was entitled to after a long term marriage. I knew better than anyone what I was facing by filing for divorce from my husband and I immediately felt at ease after my initial meeting with Mitch. He always had an answer for my "what-if" questions that came up during the process and he was able to get ahead of some very important issues that I had anticipated would be problematic. There is absolutely no substitute for an EXPERIENCED and aggressive attorney when you need one. My case was handled professionally and expeditiously, even in the face of the COVID restrictions that came into play shortly after I filed for divorce. Mr. Krause and Lauren were always available and very helpful throughout this process.

I was accused of a heinous crime, very upsetting, very bad. I felt that even though I did NOTHING it is one person's word/recollection versus mine; given the gravity of the charges, who would want to stand for me or defend me? David and his staff, along with the folks he hired to help all were professional, I never felt "judged". David said "don't panic, there is nothing to panic about" but it was a trying experience. Now that the accusations have proven false, I am relieved, and realize that the team David assembled are of such high quality, it helped me be calm along the way. I cannot thank him enough, worst experience but I met some great people, which makes it not so bad.

While being arrested for a capital offense in the state of Florida and not knowing what your fate will be. Your going to need a five star experienced lawyer that’s been on both sides , and understand both. I Highly recommend Bob. Fisher!!! He states straight case law.. He is the worst lawyer ever!

After a very long day of interviewing many many lawyers, Jack ended up being the BEST one suited for me! He was very patient, listened, and asked important questions. Unfortunately I was accused of something that wasn't true, and could have been very serious. Jack's professional advice and support helped me understand exactly what was going to happen. This was my first experience with anything like this, I was happy to have him in my corner, as was my wife. He worked very close with us and kept us informed every step of the way! We were referred to Robert via a mutual friend and it’s truly one of the best referrals of any kind we have ever received. Having never thought we would be in need of a criminal defense attorney, we were in unchartered waters.
