I selected AWS to be my title company. Ashley Wait-Woodcock is absolutely the BEST!!! I don't know what I would of done without her. We had so many hiccups, not title related, and she was there for me, helping me get through it till it was closed. Excellent communication, non-stop updates, simply the Best!
