I have used AWS on many real estate transactions. Everyone is always on top of their duties and have helped to ensure that transactions close. I am forced to work with many other agencies and those transactions are usually not as smooth as the deals I close with AWS.

I love AWS title. I like Ashley's professionalism and her experience with elder law Care. One of my difficult closings had a frustrated elderly man that she was so amazing and patient with him. He was able to complete the closing and get a figurative gold star. I also know her numbers and facts will always be on point with her A++ personality.

I always have A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ASHLEY AND AWS! I deal with difficult scenarios and closings all of the time and I have to say that Ashley always goes beyond the call of duty to make these deals close. Thanks everyone at AWS. I sincerely appreciate all of your efforts.

As a long time Realtor I've had to work with many different title companies. These guys are the absolute best! The staff, without exception, is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. That goes double for my contact person, Ashley Wait-Woodcock. She always goes beyond what anyone should expect to get my closings, even the most difficult ones, done on time. I highly recommend this firm to anyone needing Real Estate closing services.

I must say we had a very difficult closing and Tony was the most patient, and eager to help attorney. He definitely went an extra mile to help us and to this day I think that if we dealt with another title agency we might not have closed.
