I just had a closing with AWS Title Services. Outstanding attention to detail is all I can say. The owner "Anthony" and staff were more than accommodating in so many ways. There was an issue on the lending side, which pushed the closing to the following day, and what an incredible job they did on their end to facilitate a very difficult situation. My hats off to AWS Title Services and their profound commitment to their clients. I would highly recommend to anyone in the future!

My Client and I had a Real Estate Closing at AWS Title Services on February 28, 2018 and I have to say I was impressed. Having been in the Mortgage industry for nearly 17 years, I often cringe when closing take place with an Attorney instead of Title Company as their fees are generally more expensive and Attorney's offices communication typically stinks. However, not with this group at AWS. They were great to work with throughout the entire process and their fees are very competitive. I would recommend their services.

Tony is a nice guy is easy to get along with,
He takes all the anxiety out of talking to a lawyer.
he's smart, takes the initiative .knows how to smooth out problems that come up with out any input from you.
