I worked with Nicole to get my storm damaged roof covered by my home owners insurance. When my insurance company denied my claim I thought it was done and I would have to pay out of pocket for roof. I was a bit leery but Nicole assured me that she knew what she was doing and would be able to help me. The law firm communicated the entire time with me so I knew where I stood in the process. When the time came for mediation Nicole DID know what she was doing. She was able to get enough money to cover my roof and fees, leaving only my deductible for me to pay. Thank you Nicole and Tazia.

Cohen Law Group provided terrible service and refused to assist their clients with key issues regarding liability against U-Haul and the at-fault driver. By supporting low settlement amounts, they undermine the spirit of proper legal representation. They work for the insurance company, not for their clients. Avoid this law firm at all costs. As a result of your office's misdirecting my medical care and causing extreme hardship by referring me to a chiropractor who did not verify my health insurance or accept VA healthcare, it has been over 2 years since the claim was filed and it has not been paid. A complaint was filed against the chiropractor that the Cohen Law Group referred me to because they tried to bill me for medical services instead of verifying and accepting adequate health care coverage. They took advantage of someone in a lot of pain. After filing a complaint against the chiropractor, their staff was forced to zero out the amount they attempted to collect from me.

I have to say everybody is so nice. Any questions we had were answered. The whole process was easy. I recommend if you have any issues with your homeowners insurance call them.
