Unfortunately, I have had my fair share of legal situations and therefore have worked with a few different law offices and attorneys around Orlando, but working with Cohen Law Group- more specifically Attorney Giovanni Diez, has by far been the best experience and it has nothing to do with the outcome of the case. People generally write good reviews when they get what they want.. and bad reviews when they are disappointed. I do the same.. but I can honestly say that win or lose- I would have felt the exact same about my experience with Mr. Diez regardless of the outcome. From day one, he was all the things you expect in your attorney, professional, knowledgeable, able to explain things clearly to someone like me who doesn't have a legal education, But he was also so many things I do not expect- he is personable, extremely responsive- which is always the most challenging thing in my past experiences with lawyers, and he went above and beyond and made phone calls for me that were technically my responsibility to make. I am very pleased and appreciative of his hard work and even though I said it doesn't matter what the outcome of the case is, it doesn't hurt that he won ! :) I will definitely be working with him again if there is ever a need!

Diligent, steadfast Group of attorneys. In this case my representative from the firm was Westin Ehrman. As a senior I have become increasingly intimidated by dealing with large corporations. Not this time ! Attorney Ehrman and his excellent staff kept me informed every step of the way. As you may be aware of what’s happening with insurance companies in Florida, negotiating a claim from a past hurricane is not an easy task, particularly as it relates to a claim for a new roof plus some additional damages. In the past eight months Ehrman and his support team have been absolutely relentless in keeping up with the insurance company’s constant demand for information and documentation, permits, inspections, who installed previous roof etc. I was kept in the loop sometimes on a weekly basis. What I didn’t understand was explained to me in a manner so that it made sense . The resolution was far greater than I could have ever anticipated.Attorney Ehrman closed this case with a new roof, additional damages plus fees that I thought I would most certainly have to pay. Cohen Law Group was right there and worked long and hard to make sure we received the benefits to which we were entitled through our insurance - after the wind storm that damaged our roof. In January 2022, an area of central Florida along the east coast experienced a bad hail storm. Many vehicles, homes, and other properties were damaged. Most of our roof was damaged during the storm, as were many others in our neighborhood, but our insurance company denied our claim… even though the majority of our roof was damaged. Thankfully, Cohen Law Group took on the case for us. Their lawyer Weston is extremely effective, friendly, professional, and an all-around awesome guy. Thanks to his attention to detail and hard work, my family will be able to get our roof replaced.
