Kyle Hyman was our attorney on our denied water damage claim. The adjuster denied our claim because of "the policy language" in our insurance rider. I dealt with Jordan Mejeur, Attorney, and Mercedes Gove, Legal Assistant on a claim against my insurance company. The original claim, concerning roof damage following hurricane Irma, was denied. I sought the assistance of Cohen Law Group to appeal the claim. Attorney Mejeur and his staff successfully settled with a full award for roof replacement. They made it very easy for me. They provided clear instructions on information required from me, assisted in responses to the interrogatories, and kept me posted on the status of the case. Both Mejeur and Gove were exceptionally pleasant, professional, and responsive. I really appreciate their efforts and their care. I probably dealt more frequently with Ms. Gove. Anytime I called her or sent here an email, I would receive a timely response, no later than the next day. This was very reassuring. Kudos to both Mr. Mejeur and Ms. Gove.
