It's refreshing that what seems to be a large, well known firm takes the time to show the little guy that they truly care about your individual situation. Rachael was awesome at keeping me up to date on my case status and working with me on what was coming next. I never felt like I was ignored or in the dark, and that's night and day different than some previous experiences. Great lawyers, great staff!

Do not work with this firm! Very deceitful and dishonest. All they care about is making the most money and not about the clients. The staff are very unprofessional and disorganized. The turnover rate is very high. The main attorney Cohen is too busy chasing money than to hear his clients’ concerns. There are so many other law firms out there that are ethical and honest. Not this one!

We were having problems with insurance companies paying reasonably when billed Xactimate, but COHEN turned that completely around. Our COHEN Team is getting results measured in weeks rather than years. Call and ask for Will or Jayme - great team.
