I have lived in Brevard County for many years, so, I have had to retain an attorney before Jeff. I must say I wish I had Jeff as my attorney previously. When I 1st spoke with Jeff many months ago, he spent an enormous amount of time on the 1st phone consultation detailing some scenarios that could happen. I was shocked that he would do this for me. When I decided to retain Jeff, he was upfront on possible outcomes, and fees. I guarantee you can't retain an Attorney anywhere in the country that competes with Jeff's experience and expertise in divorce matters, not to mention the affordable cost. Jeff is thorough and very responsive. You send him an e-mail or make a phone call and he RESPONDS. I was very pleased with the outcome and Thanks to Jeff's understanding of me wanting my divorce to end as soon as possible, he allowed me to enjoy a beautiful Christmas present of being SINGLE. You can retain an attorney with a big, beautiful office and feel the pain of them draining your bank account as they do little for you...or you can talk to Attorney Jeff Boston.

I hired Jeff in a pinch and he was Kind enough to take my case with only about six weeks until my divorce trial. He was professional, caring, honest, and always stayed very calm. That was very reassuring to my anxiety. He is affordable and isn’t intimidated by other attorneys. He is my lawyer forever should I ever need another. My children and Rick and I thank you for being so great.

About 6 months ago I found out my ex was being released from prison. I needed to file a protective order as soon as I found out. I contacted 3 attorneys who all asked for an in office consultation fee of 250 to 300 dollars. I’m a single mom with teenagers and didn’t even have the money to pay the initial fee. Mr. Boston was my fourth call. He literally talked to me on the phone for 30-45 minutes advising me of the best way for me to handle my situation. I followed his advice. A few months later I called him frantically and left a msg as my ex family had hired an attorney and I was afraid. Mr. Boston called me back within an hour and had already pulled up and knew all of every detail regarding my case. He again spent 30 min on the phone with me. He told me he didn’t want me to spend money I didn’t have when he could advise me over the phone how to handle it with the judge, the defendant and his attorney.. I won the case. Mr. Boston spent hours on the phone with me. He never asked me to come meet for a consultation fee or any money. If anything else ever comes up with this situation I will gladly pay him for his service. He was an absolute blessing to me and my kids. Had I not followed his free advice, I don’t know what would’ve happened. He gave his time freely without asking for a dime from me. I absolutely recommend him.

I hired Lawyer Jeff Boston for a divorce. We talked about everything. He was very honest and upfront with everything. I would text late at night remembering a question I had forgot to ask. This guy is a crook he’s going to want you to send money with nothing in writing till after he gets your money then once he gets it the story changes and the run around starts I should of known better he claims to be in business for over 20yrs but all his reviews are new (fake) reviews.

I hired mr. Boston for two separate cases. He handled both of them quickly and efficiently for a very low price compared to lawyers. Instead of trying to draw the case out for extra money like most lawyers do he went straight for the goal both of my cases were finished in less than 6 months. He could have charged every bit what expensive lawyers would charge but he's there to help not to overcharge. Hopefully I will not need another lawyer but if I do I know who to call.

Jeff helped me with multiple contempt filings in a custody case. They were all dismissed as not valid. He was honest and got me the best outcome possible based on the current Florida judicial system practice. It is unfortunate that Florida laws aren't written towards the child's best interest. They are written based on "sufficient" parent. Jeff helped me to understand the limitations and provided guidance on our best course of action. I would hire him again.

Jeff was honest about my case and potential outcomes from the beginning. He did not lead me to false beliefs which are not possible due to the Florida rules. He took the time to talk to me even when I just needed to vent and then would help me understand what could or couldn't be done. He helped me and got the best outcome allowed. I recommend him as an honest and straightforward family law attorney.
