I have found my forever attorney. Jeff is the realest person you will meet. He is not afraid to let you know the honest truth but still keeps YOUR best interest in mind. He is super responsive and attentive; he has helped me work on my custody agreement and even helps me see/know things I could do to ease the burden. BEST ATTORNEY IN MELBOURNE!

I used Jeff in 2019 for my divorce. Jeff was by far help in all of the craziness. I had no idea what to expect, what would happen along the way or what to do. Jeff made sense of everything for me. What can I say about Mr. Boston, He is more than just our family Lawyer, he is our family. Our family loves Mr. Boston, because he makes us feel comfortable. That, along with his vast knowledge of the Law, is why we will never seek legal council anywhere but with him. What we love the most about Mr. Boston, is his ability, to represent us to the fullest degree of the law, without making harsh judgements about us, or our situation. When handling my divorce he was very common sense and worked out all the details with ease. When I had another problem and needed a copy of my divorce papers, he prompted sent the papers the very same day.

My case was a divorce case with three young children. Jeff was absolutely amazing. He paid attention to every detail, he told me upfront what I could realistically expect and what things would never happen. He was very encouraging. He listened to me anytime I needed to talk to him. I sent him so many emails and texts and he took the time to answer every single one in great detail, day and night, weekend or weekday, while all the while reassuring me about various things particular to my case. He is very warm and very friendly and truly cares. He takes his personal time out to wish me happy holidays or safe travels and things like that. He was very trustworthy. Very much to the point, does not get bogged down in drama because he understands that does not matter in court and judges don't care. Very well informed, he knows the law very well, and he knows what is and is not expected in court, he knows what will and will not be admissible in court. He does not come across as aggressive or Cutthroat, but once you are in court he does not back down from anything and very aggressively argues for what is in the best interest of his client. I did not get everything I requested in my trial, but that is not to his fault. And the most important thing is that I absolutely got everything that was most important and most valuable to me. He worked very very hard to ensure those things, and I cannot thank him enough for that.

Jeff helped me with a landlord-tenant issue; the landlord had withdrawn from a mutually agreed contract the day before it was to take effect. The landlord sent me a letter trying to sue me for erroneous fees and rent. I immediately went to Jeff and discussed my issue, and he went to work, within two weeks the landlord had completely back down and refunded all my security deposit, as he originally agreed to. If you have any problems, see Jeff, and he will either help you or send you to someone who will. Jeff is a veteran, and a legitimate lawyer out to help people in this community.
