David Volk and his team were a beacon of hope to my wife and I at a time when our options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed nearly impossible. Our case involve fraud and misrepresentation with regards to a major residential real estate transaction. Proving a case like this is very difficult and required substantial knowledge of real estate and tort law. The Volk Law team doesn’t just accept any case, and with us they truly sympathized with our situation and their passion showed. Together we were a force to be reckoned with, leaving no stone unturned. The commitment took years with several thousand pages of documents filed, 5 hearings, 7 depositions, over 10 witnesses, and 8 days of trial in front of a jury/judge.
