I could not recommend this law firm. My experience was not a good one.

This is my first time in my life needing a lawyer of any kind! Scared to death, facing false accusations and the possibilities of me losing my children I was petrified and had NO IDEA what to do. I was referred to Rick by a close friend, first was my injunction hearing I needed taken care of immediately in order to still see my kids. He could have easily taken my money and the case (like most lawyers would) HOWEVER, unlike any lawyer I've ever heard of says to me " your criminal case we can take no problem, however with this Injunction its more family related and I know a family attorney that will be great for this case. He turned down thousands of dollars In order for me to be represented the best way possible for my kids! The lawyer he recommended was absolutely amazing as well and won my case! Rick always takes the time to answer my questions and lets me know what's going on with my case! I pray I never need another lawyer but IF I do or I know someone who does Rick will be the only one I ever recommend!

They are an AMAZING team too work with. I highly recommend them over anyone else in the area if you need any lawyers. I’ve called around and the other lawyers in the area I spoke with gave me no hope and pretty much told me I was going to jail no matter what. But the CANINA law firm gave me hope and actually listened to me and my story. They were so amazing to work with and I was easily able to get a hold of every time I had a question. If you get into an accident or are injured and need an attorney DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! Dan Newlin is the place to go. My wife was in an accident on March 12th where somebody lost control of their vehicle, hit a light pole and it fell on her breaking her arm in 2 places and needing surgery in both. We actually went through 2 attorneys before settling with Dan Newlin, and more specifically Dustin Smith. Dustin did an AMAZING job. He had our backs the entire way and got the job done not only as fast as possible but also got us as much as he possibly could with the insurance. Again, if you are looking for an accident or injury attorney you can stop looking now and call Dan Newlin and I would ask specifically if Dustin Smith can take your case. I cannot say enough words to justify what he has done for us during this horrible time in our life. He will fight for you as if he was fighting for his own family, I promise you that!
