Joseph Colombo was recommended to us by our son's attorney in FL for a legal mortgage matter. We did hire Atty. Joseph Colombo for his legal services. We are so grateful to our son's attorney for recommending Mr. Colombo and his firm being that we live in NY and needing someone we could rely on to help us in FL. Joseph Colombo and his staff, including Caprice, were always on top of things and kept us informed every step of the way. Very personable service that helped relax us in answering all of our questions promptly in language that we could understand. We have not used much legal council in the past so we are not all that familiar with procedures, but this legal office was always prepared and able to answer any and all questions without hesitation. They did exactly what they said they would do and gave us confidence in the outcome. Joseph was understanding and helped us to deal with our legal situation being that it was also an emotionally stressful scenario for us at our older ages. He did what he promised. I guess in all I can not have enough praise for Atty. Joseph Colombo, Caprice and any other aides in this law firm. Oh yeah, his fee was fair and not inflated in any manner. Their service was worth the emotional vote of confidence we received and paid for. Knowing a good law firm was helping us eased most of the stress of going through our legal process experience.

Mr. Colombo represented us in a complicated dispute with our mortgage lender, as we pursued a loan modification (due to a natural disaster hardship). Mr. Colombo demonstrated a mastery of the legal system and local court system! It was also apparent that his reputation carried a lot of weight with the opposing counsel. I had hired another attorney when my mortgage was filed for foreclosure. Paid that attorney 650.00 a month for 6 months and I kept getting court dates. It came down to the house was go I g to be put up for auction within a month. I contacted Mr Colombo right away because I had a very bad feeling I was being scammed by the other attorney. Mr Colombo told me he was very sure he could handle the case and stop the foreclosure. I gave him a deposit and within a month he had a mediation scheduled with the bank. The bank agreed to do a streamline loan and stopped the foreclosure proceedings. I received the paperwork from the bank within a couple of weeks, signed and notorized and filed the paperwork. Mr Colombo settled my case within 2 months and for only 2000.00. Wish I had contacted him in the beginning. Mr Colombo and everyone on his firm was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They was very quick at resolving my case and saving my house. I very highly recommend Mr Colombo for your legal issues.

When Joe and I first spoke he made me some promises about my case. Everything he told me was correct. We went to trial because that is what I wanted. At trial the bank was not prepared to present its case to the court. this was after the bank had nearly 4 years to prepare their case against me. Joe got the case dismissed which in my case was a excellent win! I cant thank Joe and has staff enough for the service they rendered me and the price was very reasonable compared to other attorneys with whom I had consulted.

Being that I am in a wheelchair and have recently lost my mother I found Mr. Colombo to be a caring and dedicated attorney. He made my fears go away and has been there to assist me throughout this entire process of dealing with my mother's home so that it would not be foreclosed upon.
