Great experience, from the first call to the present. really helped being from out of state. These guys really know their stuff. Every step was really helpful any questions were answered quick. I would recommend again and again. They let me know where my case was at handled everything far better than any public defender I've seen or heard going through the process in my interactions. Got my dui dropped to a reckless with no conviction. 5 out of 5.

I chose this firm after getting my first DUI in Brevard County. Mike worked magic with my case and I did not have to show up to court once. My DUI was eventually dropped down to a civil infraction (careless driving). They even helped me to get my license back with no restrictions (I did not blow into the breathalyzer). Mike was always very upfront and honest with me throughout the entire process. He was also very easy to get into contact with. I hope I never have to call Mike again (lol) but if I did get into trouble he would be the first attorney I would call. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you!!!

Michael Braxton and the entire staff at Parks & Braxton were professional and helpful and wracks me thought the process every step of the way. I was involved in an accident while on vacation in Cocoa, FL. I was arrested and charge with DUI involving an accident. I was very stressed about possibly serving jail and losing my job. After doing some research online and reading some reviews and cases from Parks &Braxton, I decided to hire them. Probably the best decision I could have made. Michael did what he said, and reassured me I would not be facing jail time. Michael was great the entire time, told me the process, what to expect and the entire process. Top notch firm. In an extremely stressful situation, DUI (dumb, I know), Mike and his team did wonders. Very straightforward. No nonsense. Laid out the plan clearly and consice. His team did a great job walking me through any processes that needed to happen. They did all the work, filled me in when needed, while also being readily accessible when I had qquestions. Got the DUI down to reckless and any other tickets involved thrown out. Can not emphasize the amount of stress they took off my shoulders. 11/10 would recommend.
