Although at the beginning I was upset because whenever I called I was not able to contact the right people to get information I was looking for; I was lucky to be assigned a GREAT case Manager, Lirean Palacios, and once she got my case file everything went forward very smoothly and efficiently. Lirean kept me updated and she answered my calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner. Lirean was entirely responsible to make the process with Morgan & Morgan easy & satisfactory, she is certainly commendable! I had no contact with the assigned attorney, however, it was all handled very efficiently and professionally by Lirean herself. She even fought for me to not be moved to a new case manager at the 11th hour which made no sense and would have been very upsetting. I can recommend Morgan & Morgan and would ask for Lirean if I had to hire them another time. Thanks again Lirean!

Spent 30 minutes by talking to some girl who can barely understand English. On top of that she could have told me they don’t do federal cases and labor law. Worst customer service ever and waist of time.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lindsay Koppleman. She was amazing, consistent, reliable from the beginning. She is constantly on point and fights for you the way you would want your lawyer too. I knew she had my best interest at hand and is very patient and understanding with me. I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer. You want someone to fight for you then I suggest you choose Lindsay to be your lawyer. She stays on top of her game, has really good communication with you, and you can just hear it in her voice that she will do everything in her power to make sure that you are properly represented And your needs are taken care of.
