We decided to reach out to Morgan and Morgan after our son got struck in the face with a golf club by another child in a case of pure negligence from the perpetrator’s parents. It’s been over two months we little to no updates in our case delaying the process and having us waste precious time since the accident happened almost a year ago and we need to take action. They say they have a month to provide updates and through our conversations they still don’t say anything about the real course of action that needs to be taken. Bigger is not better as they say, and like another person stated on a previous review, maybe they’re to big now and can’t managed or are not interested in handling diligently smaller cases which don’t represent huge economic benefits for them. I believe that unless you have a major corporate case with big money on the line, don’t even bother reaching out to them and just go for the small, local lawyer that might be more willingly to handle your case with diligence and integrity. Morgan and Morgan is not for the people, is for the money!
