I couldn’t have asked for this situation to be handled any better. Going through an accident isn’t easy. Having as much security and help possible is very much needed. That is exactly what Erik and Natalia did for me. I was very impatient and didn’t know much about the process, but they stayed very professional and were there to answer all of my questions and kept me up to date on everything. Erik even helped me out and lowered the lawyer fees because the at faults insurance limits were so low and if it weren’t for that i would’ve been in the red coming out of this process.
