After a long successful career, I incurred additional post graduate mounting student loans and other debts--drowning! I was facing the uncertainty and the challenges that seem beyond any possible solutions in-sight. A long time friend of mine who is a transactional lawyer referred me to Ken. Originally, I met with him, but went with a cheaper, less experienced lawyer that I knew instead. I got sick of invoices nothing to really show as progress. He just kept saying that things take time. My friend advised me to go back and talk to Ken again, and I we reach and agreement for him to take over. He immediately filed for mediation, and then got me a very nice settlement before even going there. The first lawyer had me expecting to be mucked up in the case for years. Ken was super aggressive, very smooth talker and put it to bed in weeks. His hourly rate was and higher than the fired lawyer, but Ken got more done in way less time. Got what I paid for with both lawyers. I now know better lawyers do better work, get better results, and cost less money than cheaper ones. Also, Ken did great job helping make my main service agreement more clear and protect me better.

I have known Kenneth for a long time and hired him for multiple things. I met him years before first hiring him, which was for a bogus new employment agreement that my employer gave us all 24 hours to sign or we were fired. He figured out that the company was taking on a new client and that the new client required stronger language for confidentiality and disclosure. He believed that my company then saw as a good opportunity to also make it harder to leave the company and work elsewhere. He modified the agreement so that there was almost no non-compete at all, and so that they couldn’t retain commissions owed to me if I left before they were paid. The company accepted the modified agreement with no problem at all. I left that company, and started my own smaller but similar company. He negotiated the lease for my business and drafted all of my client and employment agreements.

When I signed up for this service, I thought I'd get a very limited and short response. Instead, Mr. Walton took time to understand my situation and provided very detailed feedback on how I should proceed. After I conversation, he even did additional research specific to my case and called me back. Wow!

I am so surprise Omar do not have more feedbacks on his work. He demonstrated and acknowledged the humane society of jurisdiction of law and defended his bargain amongs many prosecutors. If there are circumstances where you are facing months to life in prison; you need Omar Lopez. He is not like any attorney. He is "THE ATTORNEY". Who can change your life for the better, not behind bars. If you do not choose him, be careful who you choose. There is many attorneys who do not care and is pleased by only the value of profits he may earn. We dealt with an attorney who charged us $10,000 for a case that was unorthodox and the case was not abbreviated to us, while we waiting for court dates, court after court, the attorney never complied anything to us. We made a decision to remove the attorney and was recommended by a friend/ colleague "THE OMAR LOPEZ". Best decision ever, not only he explain the case issues to us; the attorney we had before issued and recommended a 10 years prison sentence without us even knowing. He never stated or communicate with us. HOW DARE HE! My boyfriend was facing one count of felony gun charge and a misdemeanor. Case took over a year (MIAMI VICE).Omar was sooo GREAT! he dropped the felony gun charge and we pleaded guilty to the count of a misdemeanor battery assault.
