My process went smoothly but I can't say I was thrilled. I would call the office and leave messages but wait days and days before anyone ever called me back (sometime they never did!). I did most of my communicating with Antonio via text messages! When I called and had issues sometimes I would get answers and other times I was told to call the court house or wait or to look on line. The day of my hearing Antonio had another person who he was representing right after me. I had questions and issues and I was really nervous but he didn't have much time to talk to me and tell me what I needed to know. I am giving him 3 stars because he knows what he is doing legally and the process was very smooth but I felt like I was just one of hundreds of clients and he really didn't have time to hold my hand when I was going through one of the most stressful times in my life.

I found attorney Pagan on the internet alone with several other attorneys in the Miami-Dade area, I used him because his prise was very reasonable compare with others in the area offering the same service, at first I was kind of scare but now that my process has been completed I am very pleased with his services, he guide you to the hole process and what I like that most is that I get to talk to the attorney not the secretary or paralegal, will recommend him 100% .

I would say he is “man of few words”. I understand that our human nature requires full attention, especially in extreme situation. It can be bankruptcy, foreclosure etc. I have demanded answers on my questions 24/7, which I thought would be easy to answer for attorney. But, it happened rare. However, happy ending is happy ending. My bankruptcy Chapter 7 was successfully done. I have received in 60-75 days discharged papers by mail, just like Mr. Antonio Pagan said in the beginning.
