Looking back at my experience with David Donet and the staff at Donet, McMillan & Torntz, P.A. There is no other law firm that I would recommend. David’s genuine interest in my case and his willingness to help in every step of the way with his legal expertise truly showed me that their offices stand a cut above the rest. Recently I had been accused of a crime and was recommended that I reach out to the staff at Donet, McMillan & Torntz by a friend. I contacted him as soon as I could and from that moment on I felt as though a weight was lifted off my shoulders due to the professionalism and dedication that David and his staff provided form my case.

Mr McMillan was great with my case. Most lawyers give you the run around AND take you money but this man said tell me your case and I'll take care of the rest. . Mr. Trontz successfully got a plea accepted by a tough judge to modify my son’s felony probation from three more years to 6 months in jail with no probation. This was a miracle! My son had gotten a community control violation, which could have resulted in a prison sentence. This is the attorney to have for any probation violation, because my son’s case was severe, and I am still in shock that Mr. Trontz was able to do this for my son. I had looked up possible sentences for my son’s violation, and I was very worried about what would happen to him. Mr. Trontz not only kept him out of prison, but he also shortened his previous plea agreement. Amazing work! My son and I both feel a huge weight lifted from our lives, thanks to Mr. Trontz!

My daughter was caught in an unfortunate situation earlier this year, right as she was graduating high school and looking for universities to enroll in. She was hit with a felony charge for a classic wrong place at the wrong time situation, and so I was very scared for her future.
