David Trontz and his team get 5 stars in my book. There is no one else I would trust.

Hands down the best law firm in Miami! The customer service is top of the line! Always on call whenever you need them! I can say that I have never met any lawyer as dedicated to their work AND their clients as much as Donet, McMillan and Trontz!

Mr. McMillan's experience as a defense attorney and former prosecutor, clearly with many years of trial experience, were immediately evident as we discussed the issues at hand. He understood even the smallest nuances of the case and was positive as well as confident on how "we" should proceed. I feel very comfortable knowing that he is my representation during a difficult time.

Larry McMillan is the best lawyer ever!! He helped a family member of mine who was facing some serious charges that carried a LIFE sentence, we were all devastated and worried but of course Larry stuck by our side everyday until he got the case dismissed. Throughout the case Larry answered all my calls and it didn't matter how late or how early he was right there to answer any question or discuss any concerns I had. If it wasn't for his time and the hard work he put into this case an innocent man would have spent the rest of his life in prison. My wife and I are extremely grateful to David Trontz for representing our son, who recently found himself in a very complex legal situation. Our son lives in Miami, but his mom and I live in the Midwest. You can imagine how shocked we were when we received a call from a bail bondsman that our son was in jail and we should hire an attorney for him as soon as possible. Not knowing any attorneys in Miami, I called a local attorney who was also a close friend on what to do. She recommended we GOOGLE several websites for recommendations and that is how we found David's firm and based on the number of very positive recommendations we read, we decided to call his firm first. After one phone discussion with David, we hired him instantly as our son's attorney. We could not be happier with the decision we made. Our son was soon thereafter released from jail and within a couple of weeks of hiring David, the charges were totally dropped against our son. The number of ways David was of invaluable support throughout the process are far too numerous to include in this review - however, his client relation and communication skills, as well as his in-the-courtroom communication skills, are superb! His prior experience of having worked in the Miami DA's office for several years proved to be of great value in our son's situation also. I can not say enough good things about David and his firm and certainly would recommend him to anyone needing a criminal attorney's services in the greater Miami area.

If you are looking for a criminal defense attorney in the Miami area, David Trontz is the attorney to call. Don't risk your money, time or freedom with anyone else! My husband was arrested along with 2 other individuals in the Miami-Dade area and was facing serious charges with a hefty prison term if convicted (drug trafficking, money laundering, conspiracy charges and more in a reverse sting) . Being out of state, we didn't know anyone or anything in the area so we searched online for a good state and federal lawyer. We hired a higher priced attorney in the area who (after months of being beat up in the courtroom) we felt wasn't fit to handle the case. He was urging us to "cooperate" with no plea offer in exchange for getting below the mandatory minimum of 15 yrs. per charge. Outrageous! What he was being charged with never even happened! I again searched online, this time looking for a defense attorney who had previously been a state prosecutor for Miami-Dade. I felt this was an important qualification as we learned that the previous attorney had no experience in that court building with any of the judges or prosecutors. We contacted Mr. Trontz over the phone and he immediately put us at ease with his knowledge and experience in handling such cases. I met with him that afternoon and we reviewed the evidence, he was interested in taking the case and looking further into it. Long story short, in only 2 short months we received the call that we were waiting for....our case was to be dismissed due to lack of evidence. I cant express how thankful I am to this man for giving me my husband back and washing this nightmare out of our lives. He never made us any promises but did tell us what he thought and hoped to accomplish. Everything he said he would do, he did....quickly, efficiently, and with the desired results. One thing you don't want, is to have the wrong attorney in a situation like that. It could have cost my husband the rest of his life in prison if we didn't go with our gut that we needed to find another lawyer. I only wish we had found Mr. Trontz first. I hope this review will save the next person the time and money by going directly to him and getting the best criminal defense you can get.

I couldn't have been happier with experience with Donet, McMillan & Trontz. I worked with David Trontz primarily but the firm as a whole was great. The experience was literally LIFE CHANGING. I chose David Trontz after meeting with three attorneys who were all held in high regard in defending the charge I was facing. While the other two aggressively spoke of how they would win the case, and how well they had tried similar cases in the past, and how they were the best...David talked about how he planned to try the case to get me the best possible outcome. He was the best choice for me. I was charged with DUI vehicular manslaughter. In my case, after a LONG night/early morning of drinking, I went to an early afternoon Sunday football game had a couple beers, and regretfully and unfortunately got into a car accident on the Florida turnpike on the way home. In my mind there wasn't much attacking the prosecutions' case. I made a terrible mistake and was in the wrong. David's great strategizing, delicate handling of the matter, and his uncanny ability to work well with the state led to a best case scenario for me. I served prison time, but during my time served I came across nearly a dozen inmates who had the exact same charge as I did but whose sentences were over three times as long as mine. While I felt terrible for these men, I was reminded of how fortunate I was and what an incredible job Donet, McMillan & Trontz did for me.

I came to David extremely nervous about my impending criminal/misdemeanor charge. He reassured me not only with words but with his actions by delivering the best service throughout my case. I was extremely happy with the outcome of my case given that it was a very favorable one. He was able to deliver in all the points in which he had told me he would fight hard in order to obtain the best results. His hard work paid off at the end and as a result I'm a very happy client.
