I sought Marcia's assistance regarding a security deposit that the landlord was unwilling to return or even cooperate. Although we live in Texas and the property and Marcia are in Florida, I had no issues in getting a hold of Marcia whenever I needed to. She was extremely professional and worked expeditiously to make sure the security deposit was returned without any further delays. Within 6-8 weeks of hiring her, we had received a full refund. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney. You will not be disappointed, if you hire her.

Ms. Hansen is a very competent attorney. I had a very unusual situation where I needed to get a squatter out of a house that I was Power of Attorney on. She was very knowledgeable about the process and the results were faster than normal. I had heard of cases that took up to three months to get people evicted but, because of her staying on top of the case, it took approximately six weeks. She was also quick to respond to my phone calls and emails. I would highly recommend her.
