"Pissed customer" These people who appeared (at first) to be professional and concerned all of a sudden became very distant and communication slowed then stopped. Of course this raised my concern so all in all they never keep in touch do not even call you 👎

UPC underpaid us and went solvent. I signed retainer with cernitz law 233 days ago. Case went FIGA. FIGA case now closed. Only giving 4 stars review because I have not been able to get a status update from Cernitz after calling them multiple times and left messages but have not got a call back. I still have Ian repairs to do and I have no idea whats going on. If cernitz law could give me an update and a timeframe I will give them 5 star rating. 443 days since hurricane. 233 days in cernitz's hands. Have absolutely no idea whats going on and no calls, texts, or emails letting me know...
