Hands down Adam Feldman from Cernitz law is the best lawyer a client can ask for! Here is why.. We purchased a high end vehicle from a dealership in Fl. After the payment in full and months of a waiting period for the title, we realized we were dealing with a fraudulent dealership. They never had the title of the vehicle. Even worse for us, we gave them back their vehicle while they still had our money. Of course they agreed to refund us our money but since they were liars they gave us the run around for another 5 months. We had enough of their lies and finally decided to find us a lawyer to take care of the matter. We did our due diligence to look for the best lawyers in Florida and that lead us to Cernitz Law firm. Their reviews were excellent . We spoke with Adam about our case and right away we knew he was the right lawyer for us because He cared about our situation. After hiring him, Adam didn’t disappoint. He got us quickly all our money back from the dealership and even more. We simply couldn’t ask for a better lawyer. Adam was very efficient and he is great at what he does . He doesn’t mess around 🤣 On top of that he is very professional and communication was great. Called Mr. Cernitz after the insurance company gave us a fraction of the actual damages inflicted by Hurricane Ian. After dealing with the storm and its aftermath, the ineffective insurance company, adjusters that never showed up, shady roofers and a pointless public adjuster I was shocked at the efficiency and relative speed at which the attorneys at Cernitz settled our claim.
