Where do I begin...? Before I dive into the level of service Spencer and his staff provided, let me first tell you how enthusiastic I am to be sitting here writing this review. I can't seem to type fast enough. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that resulted in the need for neck surgery. I have a very extensive list of preexisting conditions. Conditions the insurance company was obviously scrutinizing. I am a young, active individual. I was devastated when I learned I would require surgery. Legal recourse was not even an option, it was a must. I initially had an attorney that came highly recommended. After about 2 months, I decided their legal council was inadequate and was not what this case required. My case required an attorney with close attention to detail, strategic demands and a deep understanding of the law while also balancing the weight of client expectations and service. I found Spencer online and read about some of the cases he has handled. I was extremely impressed. I decided to make the switch to Spencer and it was by far the best decision I could have ever made. Not only was Spencer thorough and extremely responsive, he was expeditious in organizing and analyzing information and most importantly an honest and true advocate for me and my case. There was not a single moment when I felt Spencer could have done a better job or done something different. He is one of those attorneys that takes his career and legal advice twice as serious as the rest. No passing you off to paralegals or first year associates. Spencer literally handles your case from start to finish with some help from his wonderful staff who are equally appreciated. Especially Diana! After working with Diana and Spencer, together, I truly understand why compassion is in this law firms philosophy. Furthermore, there wasn't a single time in 10 months -- which by the way is extremely fast for the results I got -- where Spencer didn't answer the phone or respond with a text. He's ALWAYS available. In regards to my case, Spencer worked assiduously to resolve the matter pre-suit. I honestly thought I was going to be waiting a minimum of 2 years before I saw any real movement. He was aggressive yet collected and calculated and knew all the right maneuvers to get the job done and done well! When I left his office today after picking up my check, he shook my hand and told me to keep in touch and also offered to stay in touch and assist me with networking (I'm an entrepreneur). If you are looking for an attorney to handle your claim, I have one big piece of advice for you: HIRE SPENCER IMMEDIATELY. Everyone thinking they may need a PI attorney should give Mr. Morgan's office a call, whether you think your case may be a lost cause or not. The entire office's responsiveness, expertise, compassion and results they deliver are impeccable. I suffered from an injury most people will call minor, but the nature of it caused me a lot of pain and suffering. In great distress, I forgot it was Independence day and contacted Mr. Morgan's office, I got a call back just minutes later while he was with family letting me know he saw my message and will hear me out. I'm fully aware It was a case that most attorneys will not take because the reimbursement may not be worth the work required. Mr. Morgan was sympathetic and took my case anyways. Since the start to resolution, I can always reach the office easily at anytime. When the other party outright disrespected me to get away from their responsibility, Mr. Morgan stood up for me and didn't let me take their insult, which helped my sanity a great deal since fairness meant more to me than compensation. Most importantly, the result was better than I could ever imagined. Highly recommend Mr. Morgan's services.
