My only experience is through the initial phone call to contract their services. The person who answered (Cindy) was very professional, helpful and informative about how will the process unravel, step by step. Will probably have additional feedback at the end on the process. I guess (in general) most users bias their reviews based on the final case results, which might be a bit deceiving: they could still be 5 starts even if you lose your case, and they could still be 1 star even if you win your case. So, I would just focus my review on the experience when contacting with them. For that, they've got 5 stars.
