As per your request, i am deleting the original comments left stating that i hired Alex Hanna when i by mistake hired a different office. - To further clarify.. I just received a call 3/11/24, from a lady with broken English who did not identify herself. She blew up my phone and then decided to leave a message. Stating i never hired Alex Hanna and that my review was considered defamation. I reviewed my bank transactions and was indeed charged by the ticket clinic. This second part of this review is to clarify that i was confused and called a different clinic (not Alex Hanna) thinking i indeed hired Alex Hanna. how? No idea because i NEVER give my tickets to anyone else but it happens i guess. I gave you an extra star for MY mistake, but i am taking the rest away for the horrible customer service this lady has, and for harassing me with multiple back to back calls with no etiquete. And for accusing me of defamation before you even spoke to me over a voicemail. She has a condescending tone/attitude that shows all over on her message, i will not tolerate being treated in such manner after being a long standing client over a misunderstanding. Had she not called with such aggressiveness, accusing me of defamation over a voicemail there would be no second review being left seeing as that one was my mistake. I hope your firm takes this feedback and hires better equipped individuals. This new review is solely based on the experience i just had with the person that called me and nothing else. The office has served me well in the past and i have since deleted the original review as the rude/unprofessional lady requested.
