I have known Russell spatz for many years. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his law practice. He has helped me with everything from traffic tickets to lawsuits. His experience varies widely even to include serving under Janet Reno when she was Miami's district attorney. Russell is a good listener and if he feels somebody else would serve your needs better he will not hesitate to tell you that. He is very tenacious by Nature, like a Bulldog that will not let go of a bone. I would recommend Russell and his services to anyone needing legal advice or help.

Initial conference impressive and honest.

Right after the Great Recession I was able to modify my mortgage after a year long battle with my mortgage company over and over having to resend paperwork and sign things and prove income and prove a hardship. I was afraid the deal being offered was too good to be true so I hired Daryl Jones to read it and confirm the contract should be signed. I really looked to him to ensure I wasn't compromising my property in the future. I felt totally at ease with him, he really has a presence that provides a calm during a scary situation. My experience with Mr. Jones was a great one. He's an attorney that really has his clients well being in mind. Some services in his wheelhouse include but are not limited to: reinstating mortgages, re-modifications, may help with short sales, probate cases, and succession planning.
