Mr. Spatz is an old attorney, it takes long long time for him to read and write and email and for all the time he spend on your case he charge you, never ever waste your time and money with this guy.

I wasn't going to post a review until I saw the previous one on this website. My case was finalized in December 2016 and I had a great experience with this attorney. She was very friendly and always returned my call within the same day. My loan modification was processed and I am very happy with the results. It was a fast process and she made it stress free. I will gladly post my name and will reply to any questions asked.

Okay, I will post this again. It's all true and I have the paperwork and emails to back it up. She failed to do the following in my case. She failed to get a copy of the court documents. She failed to review important matters of the case. She failed to follow direction from the lead attorney on the strategy. In my opinion, there office was is disorganized. They failed to do a contract for trial. She failed to follow through on court filings. I had to call the Florida bar because she "lost the email " and certified letter to her office. There office failed to schedule my deposition. The list could go on. When you hire a professional service it's tough. They can talk a lot of stuff before you sign and then do not much of it. I can't speak for others. But they failed miserably in my case. They got paid. I got the suffering.

We retained Faequa to help us. After we paid her firm she was slow at replying to us. Horrible communication and follow through. I would not recommend her services to anyone.
