I was injured in a car accident and was given the information to this Law Firm by a co-worker. I can honestly say I was extremely pleased with everyone in this Law Firm I came in contact with. Starting with Jonathan, when he first came into my home and explained the process to me he made me feel very comfortable. He set me up with the Therapies and the location where I had to go. Everyone was very professional and very nice. The facility was very clean. I am definitely definitely definitely pleased with Francis the paralegal. Anytime I called her she was always available if she wasn't available at that very moment she will always return my phone calls. When I emailed her she always answered me if not the same day the next day. She always kept me updated with my case and always addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Everyone was extremely amazing and always provided me with excellent customer service. I definitely recommend the Ward Law Group to anyone who is in the situation that I was in. They were all very professional and I really love and appreciate their work ethic.

It was a good experience. Good communication between the case handlers and myself. The health treatment provided to me was excellent. Amalia and her assistants, Lucy and Karen, were very nice and had good communication with me, always asking if I was ok and everything.

POR COSTUMBRE LA RADIO SIEMPRE HA SIDO MI GRAN COMPAÑIA Y DESDE EL DIA DE MI LLEGADA ESCUCHO CARACOL RADIO. TRATO DE ESTAR AL TANTO DE LO QUE SUCEDE EN MI PAIS DE ORIGEN, EN ESTADOS UNIDOS MI NUEVO PAIS Y LO QUE SUCEDE EN LA CIUDAD QUE HABITO. ANTE LA REITERATIVA PUBLICIDAD DE ABOGADOS EN TODOS LOS MEDIOS UNO VUELVE EL OIDO INMUNE, PERO UN DIA UN MENSAJE ME LLEGO DIRECTO, LA ABOGADA JANY MARTINEZ, DIJO EN LA RADIO, QUE LO IMPORTANTE NO ERA ESCUCHAR SU NUMERO DE TELEFONO, LO IMPORTANTE ERA GRABARLO EN NUESTROS TELEFONOS, YO HICE CASO Y LO GRABE. EL 11 DE ENERO DE 2017, SUFRI UN ACCIDENTE, ME TEMBLABA TODO, PENSE EN QUE NO TENIA UN SOLO FAMILIAR EN ESTE PAIS PARA AVISARLE, Y RECORDE EL TELEFONO DE JANY MARTINEZ WARD, LLAME Y EN ESE INSTANTE Y ENCONTRE UNA FAMILIA QUE ME ACOMPAÑARIA EN UN PROCESO TAN COMPLICADO EN ESTE PAIS, UN ACCIDENTE DE AUTO. CUANDO LLAME A LA OFICINA DE JANY MARTINEZ, EN PLENO ACCIDENTE LA PERSONA QUE ATENDIO MI LLAMAD NOTO MIS NERVIOS, LE CONTE QUE PASO Y DE INMEDIATO ME DIERON EL PRIMER CONSEJO LEGAL, ME DIJERON... ESPERE QUE LA POLICIA LLEGUE, ELLOS HARAN SU REPORTE, A USTED LE DARAN UN PAPEL CON EL NUMERO DE CASO. MAÑANA LO CONTACTAREMOS NUEVAMENTE PARA UNA REUNION CON UNA PERSONA DE NUESTRA COMPAÑIA. AL OTRO DIA MUY TEMPRANO ME LLAMO JHONATAN, ESE MISMO DIA NOS REUNIMOS, ME EXPLICO COMO ERA EL TEMA, Y DE INMEDIATO FIRME Y PUSE MI CASO EN MANOS DE WARD LAW GROUP. EN 24 HORAS YA ME EVALUARON LOS MEDICOS, DESPUES DE LA EVALUACION SE COMUNICO CONMIGO AMALIA QUIEN ME CONTO LOS DETALLES DE ESTE TIPO DE PROCESOS, INICIE TERAPIAS INMEDIATAMENTE, CUMPLIA CON ELLAS PERO EL DOLOR NO SE IBA Y ME HICIERON UNOS MRI. EMPECE COMUNICACION CON KAREN, UN MIEMBRO MAS DE ESTA GRAN FAMILIA. LOS EXAMENES ARROJARON QUE DEBIA OPERARME, NUEVAMENTE CHARLA CON AMALIA, ME EXPLICO TODOS LOS RIESGOS Y SOPORTE DE PARTE DE SU COMPAÑIA. DECIDI OPERARME, ENTRO LUCY EN LA ECUACION FAMILIAR, TODOS BRINDANDOME APOYO Y SEGURIDAD. SE FIJO LA FECHA DE LA OPERACION Y DEBIA ESTAR ACOMPAÑADO POR OTRA PERSONA, NO TENIA ALGUIEN, LE MANIFESTE EL PROBLEMA A KAREN, Y LA FAMILIA SE AGRANDO, DE LA OFICINA DE ABOGADOS ENVIARON A JAVIER, EL ME ACOMPAÑO EN LA OPERACION. HE ESTADO CASI 6 MESES EN ESTE PROCESO Y SOLO NO HUBIERA PODIDO. HOY ESTOY RECUPERANDO MI SALUD, LOS ABOGADOS LOGRARON UNA EXCELENTE COMPENSACION Y ADEMAS GANE UNA NUEVA FAMILIA, QUE ME ACOMPAÑO EN ESTE DIFICIL PROCESO. A JHONATAN, AMALIA, KAREN, LUCY, JAVIER, A LAS RECEPCIONISTAS Y A JANY MARTINEZ WARD, QUIEN ME DIJO UN DIA POR LA RADIO QUE GUARDARA SU TELEFONO EN MI CELULAR...GRACIAS Y MIL GRACIAS.
