This firm is AMAZING to say the least. They made me feel right at home and my case manager Rebecca walked me through each step. Whenever I called, she answered. She even called me to check up on me! After 1 year of telling me they had a case . They tell me one year later that they didn’t think they could win . Why would a reputable firm do that to a client . I might say that in the beginning they were excited about the case and said oh yes we will handle this . I would call with no return calls after three or four days I would have to call again . I don’t understand why a law firm would treat a client so poorly
