Mr. Michael Shemkus and his team, especially Samantha, were professional, very knowledgeable and passionate in every aspects of my case. To find representation like this, in a situation of life changing status was hard to come by, and what Michael and Samantha did for me will never be forgotten. Mr. Shemkus and his team were absolutely amazing and I received the outcome we had all hoped! I had a very difficult case with many missteps by the Court System and Mike knew the law to the letter. He gave me very sound advice and I found strength in knowing he was leading my fight to get my son relocated from Florida. His paralegal Samantha was amazing and always responsive plus 100% supportive throughout the case. Where do I begin. Rebecca Zung and Lissette Botana are with out a doubt at the top of their industry, and for good reason. Divorce sucks, no one gets married thinking they will get divorced, but rather they will grow old with their spouse. I never thought I would divorce, so much so that I hung in there way past what I could even mentally or physically bare after 32 years. It's devastating, and if you are reading this it's because you are thinking of it, have turned every stone over trying to make it work with no stones left and at the end of your rope. God placed me in the right hands when I reached the end of my rope. I say this, because my husband is a high conflict personality, at the time I did not know that Rebecca specialized in high conflict personality divorces. Thank the good Lord, He put me in the right place. There was huge conflict, lots of toxic actions and reaction. Rebecca knew how to handle my ex's roller-coaster ride at every curve. Rebecca's ability to work through and help me work through the difficult process was very comforting if that's even possible in a divorce. I didn't know till after retaining her that she is in the Top One Percent of Divorce Attorney's in the U.S. I then knew I was in good hands legally. The fact that she has all these accolades is great, but what truly makes her special is how genuine she is in her compassion, caring, and mentoring me as a broken and exhausted human being. She gave me hope, encouraged me and loved me through the process. Lissette, was spot on with helping me with the forms, helping me understand what I had to do with them. Helping me keep it all straight, and checking up on me from time to time just to see if I was okay. Loving me through it just as well. As a woman that was in so much despair, scared, worried, fearful, and in so much pain, I landed with two women that are loving, soft, fearless, and are the champion of champions I am forever grateful to both these women.
