I have used Conrad Willkomms' Office for both Real Estate closings and Estate Planning over the past several years. For closings, Kim and Luvins have always closed on time and successfully handled the problems that can arise. For Estate Planning, Conrad is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their fees are reasonable, someone always answers the phone, they reply to emails on a timely basis, and everyone there is friendly and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone needing estate planning or wanting an attorney to close their real estate transaction instead of a Title Company. Thanks everyone, for years of great service!

I was recently involved in a property transaction with the Law Office of Conrad Willkomm, P.A. The transaction had some unique issues that delayed closing several times.
